When I asked Kaila what she would want to get her dad she didn't even hesitate. "A journal!" she said. I asked, "Why do you want to get him a journal?" In all her innocence and sweetness Kaila said, "cause if he has his own journal then he'll stop looking at yours and mine." When she told him the reason behind his gift from her, he said, "Oh, I doubt that's gonna stop me." If it doesn't stop him, then at least Kaila and I will have something to read too.
